Four Favourites

I may have mentioned - you know once or twice in passing- that I am off to uni for the first time this weekend, and that as a result my life has been more or less packing for the last few days. As a result todays four favourites has a slightly different theme. As well as celebrating the little things in life that make me smile I have decided to focus on those home comforts I will miss when I am away. And so without further ado take a gander around my house  and let me know what you love about your home.

Its May! Can you believe we're already five months into the year, I know everyone is marvelling at this but it really is true. For me May is strange month, for the last few years it has marked the start of the exam period but it also holds a good number of Birthdays, including my own making it a real mix of events. However this year with no exams looming ahead I am determined to enjoy every second of it, meaning their should be a fair few of these posts on their way....

2. My Jimmy Choo perfume, I know most people change their scents around but for me this is my one and only - 3 years this year!

Easter themed Four things.

Its been a strange Easter weekend (hence the absence from blogging for a few days.) On Monday I discovered an incredible teacher at my old school had passed away suddenly and far to soon, which coupled with the weather and working on Monday bank holiday meant much of the day passed as a blur. Nevertheless heres a glimpse of my weekend in Pictures...

Heres another instalment of my four favourites. I'm really loving doing these as they allow me to truly think about what I appreciate in my life and take photos of some of my things. So keep your eyes peeled I'm sure there will be more soon.

Hand cream - despite the hot weather my hands are still dry!

A present from my dad of 6 macaroons 2 chocolate, 1 coffee, 1 orange, 1 vanilla and the BEST pistachio.

Baking a cake for a friends birthday - this was before it collapsed in the oven and had to be saved by almost a jar of chocolate spread!

A new way of tidying my pencils - bought for me by my sister is she trying to tell me something?
